Location is amazing and all stuff are 5 start, everyone I had a chance to talk to were friendly and helpful.
Super clean, well maintained, luxe aesthetics and best best hotel service team member. Every staff member during our stay was extremely polite, friendly, empathetic and helpful. I’d love to give shout out to the front team n concierge. I really don’t remember the names and they were all awesome. Omni has a very traditional aesthetics, the continental from john wick vibes

The location was very convenient as we wanted to be close to downtown. I thought the beds were very comfortable. I slept very well. My partner found the bed a bit soft for his liking.

This was one of the best hotel stays we've ever had! The rooms were spacious, clean, well-appointed and beautiful. The hotel location was perfect for our attending a week long event at the Bell Centre within a 4 block walking distance. The staff throughout was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were plentiful and we highly recommend booking with a breakfast plan.

Great location, very clean, sizeable rooms and bathrooms. Although I didn’t book it I got a room with a view of Mont Royal which was nice.
